As a teacher, you may face an issue where you deleted an assignment and it no longer appears on your portal and the students' portals but it's still showing up on the students' calendar in their mobile app.
Please note that this issue is seen only on the IOS mobile app since the one on the Play store is currently not available as mentioned in Why is the School Loop app not available in the Play store?
In order to resolve this issue, please open a support ticket and provide the following:
- The name of the course
- The name of the assignment
- Is this issue affecting one or all students? Kindly provide us with a list of students that are affected by this.
- When was the assignment deleted?
- The credentials (username/email and password) of one of the students that are still experiencing this issue.
