You may face an issue where you can't download assignments anymore. Previously, you used to click on the "Download All" button and a zip file with all assignments would be downloaded, but currently, nothing happens.

This issue was due to a filesystem permission error that has been fixed by our development team so it shouldn’t appear again. In case you face it again, please open a support ticket and provide the name of your school.

Until the issue is resolved you can use the following workarounds:

1) Check the submitted files (assignments) by opening them directly or right-clicking and using "Save Link As" to download them individually. This is a good workaround if the number of students and assignments is not big.

2) Do it by using the Batch Link Downloader Chrome Extension. What you'll need to do is, use Chrome to install the extension and open it on your Assignments page to choose and download the necessary files. The easiest way to download all assignments is by using the "Add by filename pattern" button, replacing its text from "pdf" to other formats if necessary. Please note that the files won’t have the students' names on them.

3) Ask students to submit their work using google classroom and you can monitor the submissions from there in the meantime.
