Overview
You are working on a system where Sloopy has been configured to import data from a SIS (Student Information System). However, you are wondering where the formatted output from the SIS is expected to be stored for each import.
Solution
If the integration has been properly configured, the SIS should be outputting the required files to the corresponding folder in the system. To find these files, follow these steps:
- Open the folder where you have installed Sloopy.
- The Sloopy folder contains folders for various SISs - open the folder that matches the name of your SIS; otherwise, open the Generic folder if your SIS is not listed.
- Open the data folder.
