You may face an issue where some Loopmail messages are not loading and showing the following error message: [Error: Message could not be loaded]
This problem happened during a data migration that was performed in late Dec 2021, where a few folders ended up with the wrong ownership, while the vast majority copied fine.
A command was executed for all schools on the core instance to change the owner of all files and folders to the correct one and was done on February 01, 2022.
However, note that older messages (before the fix) that had this error will not load because these messages were not sent correctly due to the filesystem issue, so they won’t load properly now nor in the future. You can resend these messages as now they will be sent correctly.
If you face the same error again after the fix was implemented, open a support ticket and provide a screenshot of the error.
