Overview
You may face an issue where you get a system error when trying to upload images to all modules that use RTE (rich text editor) like news, text modules and when trying to insert images in Loopmail.

Please open a support ticket and attach proof of the system error you get and reproduction steps to reach the error so our agent can troubleshoot the issue. If your concern is to upload images to the school's website, you can use the image module and customer HTML module (you will have to come up with the code you want to embed in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript) to do it as a workaround.

This issue can happen due to the Blitline account used being overdue, more information in SCLOOPW-29756. An L2 agent needs to handle this.
The agent must connect to the jump server and search for this error in the debug log:
java.lang.Exception: Error: {"results":{"error":"Account on hold due to past due account OR overusage/large error history. Please make sure your credit card is valid and not expired. Please check email mdobbrow@schoolloop.com for more information and contact customer support at support@blitline.com"}} status 400
If identified, the agent must reach out to VP Bryce Porter and inform him of the issue and attach proof so he can raise the billing issue to Ignite Bizops.
