Overview

You may be facing issues with the School Loop mobile app and want to reinstall it using the Playstore or you simply want to install it for the first time. However, you can't find the School Loop app in the Playstore.

Information

The School Loop support team is aware of this issue and has escalated it to the development team. They’re currently looking into it and will provide a fix as soon as possible. Look out for new announcements in the Help Center.

If agents receive a similar request, they must acknowledge the issue and add the ticket to the JIRA: SCLOOPM-4598.

When the issue is resolved this article should be flagged using the KC app so that it can be unpublished.
