Overview
As a teacher, you may face the issue where your students log in to see their grades in School Loop, but they see scores from the last semester although the new semester already started and you published new grades.

This issue occurs when the dates of last semester's gradebook and the current gradebook overlap.
To fix this issue, you will need to adjust the dates for the gradebooks, you can do that by following these steps:
- Click Gradebooks and select Add/Edit Gradebook under the corresponding course.
- All gradebooks for the course are displayed. Click Edit next to the new gradebook (with incorrect dates).
As you can see on the image below the dates for both gradebooks overlap.
- Update the name for the gradebook (if needed) and set the start date to conform with the terms (or on the next day after the old gradebook ends):
- Click Submit
