Overview
You may face the issue where someone that isn't part of the school community receives a school email, for example containing the attendance reports. They reported this issue and would like not to receive these emails anymore.
Workflow
Check if they have a School account
You should check if their email is associated with an account in the school. You can try searching for the email address in the portal or the first name/last name if they appear in the email.
Delete the account
If you found an account associated with the email, delete it from the school and they shouldn't receive these emails anymore. Follow the steps in the article Deleting User Accounts in School Loop to do it.
Trace the email
In case you don't find an account for the person's email. Ask them to gather a complete email and use it to trace the email with its full headers to find out who sent it from your school.
