You may want to create an import file for the grades but face the error "Oops! Export Failed... (Permission denied)" when clicking on "Create Import File" when you go to the Grade Export Status

This is a permission issue due to deployment, so you must open a support ticket and provide a reproduction video or list the steps taken to reach the error and provide a screenshot of the error.
