You may face an issue where you're unable to log in to your School Loop account. You may also be receiving the following message: "Oops! Wrong password"
Workflow
Clear Cache and Cookies
Clear the cache and cookies of your browser and then try to login again. The Clear cache & cookies in Chrome and Clear the history and cookies from Safari articles have the instructions for Chrome and Safari browsers respectively. If you have a different browser please use that browser's instructions to clear the cache and cookies.
Reset the Password
Your issue may be due to using the wrong password. Follow the steps in the article Resetting Your School Loop Password to reset it.
Check LDAP Authentication
If your school is using LDAP authentication, then your username and password must be validated. In order to do it, reach out to the School/District administrator handling LDAP services for your school.
Parent with Multiple Accounts
If you are a Parent and have accidentally registered multiple accounts in the same school, thus causing confusion to login and/or reset the password, then, contact your school's Admin or Principal and place a request to delete the additional/duplicate accounts. The Admin or Principal can refer to the Parent Cannot Log In due to Having Multiple Accounts article for deletion of the same.
Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
If you are trying to reset the password but don't receive the email, refer to the article Not Receiving Password Reset Email for steps to solve this issue.
Create a Support Ticket
If none of these steps work for you. Please open a support ticket and provide your findings.
