You may face the issue where you're not receiving the email to reset your School Loop account's password after trying to reset it from the login page of your school.
If this issue is reported by a customer, you can auto-login into their account and check if they have an email associated with their account
Before continuing make sure you checked the Spam folder if you cannot find the email containing the temporary password in the inbox.
This could be happening because there isn't an email associated with your account. To solve it and regain access to the account, you will have to reach out to either the School administrator or a School staff (if you are a student) and ask for help to perform a manual password reset for your account. Note that the School Loop support team is not authorized to perform manual password resets for any School Loop user due to security concerns.
Once you regain access to the account, you'll have to add an email to your account by following the steps in Updating Account Information for Students. This way, you will no longer need to reach out to the school in case you need to reset your School Loop password in the future.
