You may face an issue where the Grade Export Status for your school shows the teachers' gradebook submissions from last year and would like to know if there's a way to fix it.

Information

This issue happens when a teacher's old gradebook is still present and has the same unique code as the new gradebook. Please note that the code for each term should be different each year as mentioned in Configuring Marking Periods. To solve this issue teachers will have to Reload Grades from Source and choose the correct gradebook. If you see the old students in the newly submitted gradebooks, refer to the article Old Data Shown in GradeBooks.
