Overview
You have recently changed your primary domain and would like traffic to be directed to the new domain name instead of the old site, so you're looking for information regarding the host SchoolLoop server.
Information
If you've changed your custom domain for SchoolLoop (say from old.domain.com to new.domain.com), you might be looking to set up a redirect from the old custom domain to the new one.
Please note that setting up redirects on custom domains is not within the scope of support, and you will need to contact your systems administrator instead. You can reference some of the existing guides on doing this available on the web (e.g.: How do I redirect my domain?). Please note that this process might differ from one domain registrar to another.
Redirecting from your School Loop Site to an external domain
Since SchoolLoop is not a domain registrar, SchoolLoop domains cannot be used to redirect to any external domain with a DNS redirect. Please refer to Redirecting from your School Loop Site to another site for information on how a similar effect can be achieved through other means.
If you are planning to discontinue using the SchoolLoop website, you can unpublish it. You can do this in the Site Center as described in Publishing School or District Site, by using the 'Unpublish Site' button.
