You have stopped using School Loop, but continue to receive daily emails from School Loop. You want to stop receiving these emails, but can't because you cannot login to School Loop to disable the setting related to receiving daily emails.
- <supportagent>This issue can occur when the customer's District has been suspended, but they still have an active contract with School Loop, due to which the related servers on School Loop have not been fully decommissioned.</supportagent>
- As you are no longer a customer of School Loop, the setting to disable the emails is available at the school level and not at an individual level (since individual users will not be able to login to School Loop).
- Contact your District Administrator and request them to open a Support request with us to disable the daily emails at the school level. It would also be good if they can specify for which all schools in the district this setting needs to be disabled.
