Overview
When a Student is taking a test by clicking on a link that is sent by their Teacher on School Loop, a System Error is seen when opening the link.
Solution
Confirm with your Teacher:
- The Assignment link that was given to you is valid.
- The Assignment has not been deleted.
Testing
If the Teacher mentions that the link is still valid and the Assignment isn't deleted, then, open a Support request with us with the below information:
- Link shared by your Teacher
- Name of the Course
- The Assignment that you are trying to access
