You are experiencing issues with the School Loop site not updating with newer content, loading older content in the browser, or not loading data in the browser.
A browser may sometimes fail to fetch any new updates or changes made to the School Loop website. This is due to the old cache being pulled out whenever you open the same page. Clearing the cache or forcing to refresh the page allows your browser to download the updated/latest information. Below are the steps to troubleshoot in such cases:
- Forced Refresh - If you are experiencing this issue for a single page or a smaller number of pages, then, the steps outlined in the How to do Hard Refresh in Browsers article should suffice to resolve it. A hard refresh needs to be done for each page where the issue is seen.
- Clear Browser Cache - If you are experiencing this issue for many pages of your School/District website or even after a forced refresh the issues are seen, then the browser cache should be cleared.
