You are a Teacher, Staff Member, Parent, or Student who has moved schools and is no longer assigned/affiliated with the previous school. But, you continue to get the emails related to announcements, notices, etc. from your former school and would like to be removed from these email lists.
- Verify that the email is received/being sent from a
firstname.lastname@example.org, etc. If it is not from a
schoolloop.comdomain, then, contact the Administration team of your former school to remove you from those mailing lists. These emails are not related to the School Loop product.
- If the email is being received from a
schoolloop.comdomain, then, contact the School Loop System Administrator of your previous school requesting them to block these notifications from School Loop. The System Administrator can follow the steps in our Blocking Emails for Users for their Former School Loop Account (for System Administrators) article to disable these emails.
In both the above cases the contact information for the Administrator/s can usually be found in a staff directory section on your former school's School Loop website.
