Q: Hello, I have been receiving a repeat e-mail from a student or parent account who insists he/she is not sending the e-mail. It's always the same e-mail responding to an e-mail that I sent out.
A: This was a bug in our mobile application that was fixed already with messages getting stuck in the outbox.
The student or parent should do the following from the mobile application.
1. Tap LoopMail
2. Tap the small down arrow to the right of Inbox at the top of the screen
3. Tap Outbox
4. Tap the X icon to get rid of it.
Also, the student or parent should get the latest version of the mobile app to prevent this from happening again. (3.2.0 is the latest version.)
