You are a Teacher, Parent, or Admin and when replying to School Loop's LoopMail messages from your email client you can encounter issues like system error, send failure from your email client, etc. This article gives the solution for these failures.
- If you are directly replying from your email client using the email client's Reply or Reply All functionality, then, you will receive an error message. This happens because all the LoopMail notifications are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. So, replying from the email client will be replying to this no-reply email address and hence, there would be a failure to send the message. Thus, you need to use the Reply or Reply All button from the email itself to send the email to the intended recipients:
