Overview
This article describes the process to follow in order to share assignments to Google Classroom. While this feature is still available to schools by demand, we highly recommend the use of our updated integration with Google Classroom. For more information, please refer to the Google Classroom Integration article.
Process
- Log in to your teacher account.
- Click on Add Assignment in School Loop.
- Enter details about the assignment, then click on Publish.
- The assignment has been published to School Loop, click on the Google Classroom icon to share to Google.
- Select the Google Classroom from the list.
- From the Choose action box, select 'Create assignment' or 'Make an announcement'. Then click on Go.
- Click Save Draft/Assign
- Save Draft: The assignment will not be published. You can also edit the assignment date and enter a time for your Google Classroom assignment.
- Assign: In the drop-down classes menu, select all the classrooms for which you want to share the assignment, then click on Assign.
- Save Draft: The assignment will not be published. You can also edit the assignment date and enter a time for your Google Classroom assignment.
- (Optional) Click on View to confirm that the assignment has been published to the Google Classroom stream.
- Return to School Loop and click on Yes, I'm Done.
