By default, Document Sharing Permission is set to Trusted Sharing.
This article guides you on how to set the permission to Limited Sharing.
Limited Sharing prevents unauthorized users from accessing particular documents. For more information about its rules and exceptions, please visit the KB article: Document Sharing Permissions - Introduction Overview
District Admin account.
- Log in to the District Admin account.
- Click the School Site List from the Toolbox section.
- Select Edit School Settings.
- Set Document Sharing Permissions to Limited Sharing using the Change button.
All documents can now be shared to authorized users only.
