Overview
When content is copied from a web page, MS Word Document, or PDF, unsupported styles may be included.
Instead of cleaning the copied content of unwanted styles, it’s best to start with a clean slate and then apply the desired styles using the Text Module.
The article provides the steps to clean the formatting of the copied content in the Text Module instance.

To remove the unsupported formatting from the copied text, follow the steps below:
Text
To remove all styles from a Text Module instance:
- Highlight everything in the module (control+A / cmd+A).
- Click the remove format button on the toolbar (Tx).
- Manually remove any double paragraph breaks.
Tables
To remove irrelevant formatting from tables and apply new 508 compliant styles and formats:
- Right-click the table
- Select Table Properties
- Choose the desired table format
