When a new person registers as a parent of a student, all other registered parents have the opportunity to challenge the new registrant. Challenges go directly to school administrators for approval.
Once the student is logged in to their account, on their homepage, to the right side the following message will be displayed.
Here the student will be able to Approve the Parent or Challenge them if the registered person is unknown. The notification is then sent to the Principal for review.
If the challenge, as shown above, is no longer appearing in your account, contact a school administrator for help.
