The Student Info section of the Student Record includes a Help Login button. Clicking this button allows any faculty or staff member to set the password for a students -- either enter the password for the student or have the student enter a new password themselves.
- Staff members can see the student's ID, grade level, and login name.
- They may also change the communication rights status in this section.
- If there is no login name displayed, it means the student hasn't registered.
- In this case, the Help Login button will not help.
The student will need to register for an account.
