The term start and end dates are incorrectly configured for the previous term. Teachers can correct this by adding a new gradebook.
As a teacher, you can follow these steps to correct this issue:
- Log into your School Loop (SL) Plus account as a teacher.
- Go to Gradebooks.
- Click on the Add/Edit Gradebooks link for the gradebook facing this issue.
- Verify the term start and end dates for the gradebook, and that they correspond to the actual term.
- If the dates are incorrect for the current term, create a new gradebook with the correct dates.
The gradebook displays the correct grades for the current term.
