Teachers cannot locate the option to sync their accounts with Google Classroom. This issue happens when the Google Classroom integration feature is not enabled for the District.
The following elements are missing for teachers:
- On the portal homepage, the Google Classroom Set up Assignment Syncing section is not displayed:
- In the Settings menu, Google Classroom section is missing:
District Administrator needs to submit a request to School Loop Support to enable Google Classroom Integration for the district.
After the feature is enabled by School Loop Support, the options described in Diagnosis are present for teachers. Administrators can log in as any teacher to check if Google Classroom integration is enabled.
