Teachers report that they see a line through on his/her student's names on their Gradebooks (see screenshot below). A line through on a student's name is an indication that a student has been dropped out. But in this case, all students in the sample below should all be active.
This is due to a recent term change or corrupted import files
- Check the school's terms and see if there are any recent changes on the dates. If the teacher reported the issue a week or less after the term was changed, then most likely this is the cause.
- Login to your School Loop admin account.
- Under Imports, search for the nearest date where the data was correct and click Make Current Data Set. The changes are reverted back and this should fix the issue.
If the problem was in the imports we always recommend to Block imports until you have confirmation that the imports are corrected.
Login to the affected teacher by using the Auto Login function. Go to the affected subject under Gradebooks. The list of students affected should not have a line through their names anymore.
