A teacher is unable to enter grades for the students assigned to them. The option to Submit grades is available only for a Teacher account and not for a Staff account.

The teacher who reported this issue had both a teacher account, as well as a staff account.
When the agent tried to Auto Login into the teacher's account, the Gradebook and the students assigned to them were visible. The GO button to enter grades was also available.
Then, upon clicking "Go" and going into the menus:
The Submit grades button is seen clearly and also the three students assigned to the teacher are listed.
Clearly, there is no issue with the teacher's set up. The teacher's login passwords were then reset for both accounts on School Loop and the teacher was advised to log in afresh using the Teacher account credentials.
After the password reset, the teacher was able to re-login into their teacher account and submit grades for their students.
