Reference Information
Internet Explorer 11 - IE11
SLS2 editing is not supported for IE11. Please use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge for editing.
Reverting Homepage to an earlier version is slow
If you need to revert your home page to an earlier version via the homepage history, please give it time to run through the process, which could take 10 minutes or longer. Once you click the Save as Draft button, do not click it the second time, as this could corrupt your homepage.
Incorrect style applied to some titles
Our last release included a bug that could cause some titles to take on the wrong styling. To correct the styling issue, edit the Title Format of the affected module. Simply check a different radio button and then choose the desired alignment.
Conversion can take a while, making it look broken
Big sites and many locker documents can take hours to convert. Working on your site while the documents are converting may cause further issues. We are testing the interface changes which would disallow the Site Center access during conversion, but until then, please be patient.
Cannot make students or parents editors or contributors
We will be addressing a spate of user account issues soon, but not in the next few releases. The workaround is to give these users associate accounts.
Note: Do Not Delete Emergency News Module
A bug has exposed too many toolbar items in the District Modules tab to Senior District Webmasters, including delete. It will be fixed in the next release. Please do not delete your emergency news module! We will be removing these tools in the next release.
