Information
Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)
SLS2 editing is not supported for IE11. Please use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for editing.
Reverting Homepage to an Earlier Version is Slow
If you need to revert your home page to an earlier version via the homepage history, please give it time to run through the process, which could take 10 minutes or longer. Once you click the Save as Draft button, do not click it the second time, as this could corrupt your homepage.
Incorrect Style Application for Titles
Our last release has a minor bug that could cause some titles to take on the wrong styling. To correct this issue, follow these steps:
- Edit the Title Format of the affected module.
- Click any radio button for alignment.
- Select the radio button for the desired alignment.
Site Conversion Is Taking a Lot of Time
Big sites and many locker documents can take hours to convert. Working on your site while the documents are converting may cause further issues. We are testing the interface changes which would refuse the Site Center access during conversion.
Students and Parents Accounts Cannot Get Editors or Contributors
School Loop is working on several user account-related issues and will soon be fixing them. Until then, the workaround is to give these users the associate accounts.
Delete Option for the Emergency News Module
A bug has exposed that there are unnecessary toolbar items in the District Modules tab for Senior District Webmasters, including the delete option for the emergency news module. Please do not delete your emergency news module! We will be removing these tools in the next release.
