This article shares basic handling and editing operations when working with modules in the editing view of site pages. For full information about using modules in the editing view of pages, refer to the article about working with modules.
Basic Handling Operations for Modules
When in the editing view of a homepage or a site page, hovering over modules locates them by displaying a border, as seen in the image below.
If the plus (+) icons appear, adding modules above or below the selected module is possible. If there are no icons, it indicates that the module is locked.
When a module is selected by clicking, its module type displays at the top along with blue-checkmark at the top right corner.
Dots on either side of the module label indicate the module is can be dragged and movable. Click and hold on the module label when dragging it.
Basic Editing Operations for Modules
When a module is selected in the editing view of a homepage or a site page, the following Toolbar displays at the top left of the page with various options.
The text within the module can be edited directly, as seen below
In some modules, tools will appear when you hover over links, as seen in the image below.
Images may be uploaded to modules by drag-and-drop or via an image menu on the toolbar.
The crop toolbar button for images allows you to zoom and position images for the selected module, as seen below.
