Overview
The article details the necessary steps to assure the Title Module accessibility as per Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Information
There are Four Formats available for the Title Module: H2 through H5. To assure Title Module Accessibility as per Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act follow the steps below:
-
Access the Title Module.
-
Accessibility requires a logical heading structure, which means each page must have one level 1 heading (H1) and follow a logical hierarchical structure. For example, an H3 should not be used when there are no H2 headings on the page (known as skipping.)
-
The title of each page has the top-level heading (H1), which is why the first level format for the title module is level 2 (H2).
