School Loop is designed to make communication fast and simple. You can easily contact any or all of your teachers with the click of a button.
Email Individual Teachers
- Click the envelope icon next to a teacher’s name found in the Academics section of your portal.
- Fill in the subject and message. Add attachments or post a link as needed by clicking Attach File or Post Link. Click Send and your message will be sent.
Note: Parents, make sure you are viewing the correct student's schedule by clicking on that student’s name under My Students at the upper-right corner of your homepage.
Email Learning Management Team
- Click the Learning Team link to contact all of your teachers with one message. You can also choose the student and all registered parents of this student as well as other members of the Learning Management Team. Other members may include counselors, administrators or after-school professionals and/or tutors.
- Fill in the subject and message. Add attachments or post a link by clicking Attach File or Post Link. Click Send and your message will be sent.
Note: You can send a message to other staff members not on the team by using the ADD CC link.
