Overview
While trying to add a file to your locker, you encounter the following error and the file does not appear in the locker:
Bad character in filename
Diagnosis
Your filename contains one of the unsupported characters.
Solution
- Locate the file that you cannot upload on your computer.
- Check if its name contains one of the following characters:
%^&+{}|\<
- Right-click on the file and select Rename. Remove the symbol that causes an error and save the changes.
Confirmation
Upload the updated file to your locker again; the file is added successfully and is displayed in the list.
