Parents registered with School Loop, reported having issues with receiving the daily homework emails.

Once your parent account has been approved by the school, you will receive a daily homework email from our system. If you are not receiving the daily email, please check the following:
- Click Settings in the upper right corner of your portal homepage and make sure that you have "Receive Daily Email" set to "Yes".
- Check the spam or junk folder in your email account to make sure that the daily email messages are not ending up there.
- If neither of the above works for you, please submit a support ticket so that we may investigate the problem for you.
If the procedure was carried out correctly, the next daily email will arrive properly.
