Overview
When sending messages via LoopMail, you want to know if a certain person has read your email or the total number of recipients who read it, or you want to know what does the green check mark next to a name mean.
Prerequisites
You have sent a message to any recipient via LoopMail.
Solution
- Once logged in to your School Loop portal, open LoopMail:
- Select Sent and click on the subject of the desired message:
- After your recipient opened the message via School Loop Portal or Mobile App, a green checkmark appears next to their name, confirming that the message was read.
Note: Recipients also receive LoopMails to their email accounts. When a user reads the message in their email client without opening it in School Loop, a green checkmark does not appear.- When you send a message to a large number of users, the names of the first 10 recipients are displayed.
If you want to view all recipients click + X more, where X is the number of additional recipients.
School Loop does not show the number of recipients who have read the message; it only shows the number of additional recipients (when there are more than 10 users).
- When you send a message to a large number of users, the names of the first 10 recipients are displayed.
