Overview
You received a notification to your email about a new LoopMail message and need to respond to the parent, student or teacher or you want to check if you received new messages.
Solution
- From the email notification that you received, click Reply or Reply All.
Note: You cannot reply to the message directly from your email client - all LoopMail notifications are sent from no-reply@securemail.schoolloop.com. If you reply directly from your email client you might receive an error message because you will be replying to the no-reply email address. All user email addresses are hidden.
- Your School portal is opened. Log in to your School Loop account.
Note: If you have more than one School Loop account, make sure to log in to the account that received the LoopMail message. If you log in to the wrong account, you will encounter System Error. - The message from the notification is displayed; enter your response to the message and click Send.
- Your School portal is opened. Log in to your School Loop account.
- Alternatively, you can open your school site manually and check your received messages (e.g., your notification emails are disabled):
- Log in to your School Loop account.
- Click on the LoopMail icon at the top of the portal.
- Click on the subject of the mail to view the message.
- Click Reply or Reply All:
- Enter your response to the message and click Send.
Confirmation
Open your Sent folder; the message you have sent is displayed at the top of the list.
