Teachers may need to make a copy of their gradebooks to save grades for future reference or to share with a teacher to whom the course was transferred in SIS. School Loop does not archive gradebooks at the end of the school year, but each teacher has the option to download a copy of their gradebook(s) in XLS format or to print a hard copy.
You are the teacher of record or a co-teacher for the required course.
- Log in to your account.
- Click Gradebooks and select the required course.
Note: If you want to download gradebook for one of the past terms, click Add/Edit Gradebook and select the required one as described in the article Viewing Gradebooks for Previous Terms.
- Select the Tools tab and click Download Gradebook.
- On the new page, click Download Gradebook for <Course Name>.
After completing step 4, the download begins and the gradebook is saved to your computer hard drive. Locate the folder where the gradebook is saved (according to your browser configuration) and open it.
