Overview
This article provides instructions for teachers to import grades from comma-separated values (.csv) files into their School Loop Plus Gradebooks or Assignment Lists. This is useful when teachers want to avoid manually entering their grading data, which was collected via other applications.
Note: The feature for importing grades from Google Classroom is released, and the process in this article is another option for importing scores.
Process
Follow the steps below after logging into your SL Plus account as a teacher:
- Navigate to the Assignment Scoresheet by clicking on the assignment title in a course Gradebook or an Assignment List.
- Drag the .csv file into the scoresheet.
Alternatively, files can be imported by:- Clicking on the Import dropdown menu and choosing Grade File (.csv).
- Selecting the file from your device and clicking Open.
- Clicking on the Import dropdown menu and choosing Grade File (.csv).
- Select a column from which to import scores or grades.
- (Optional step) Select one or more columns from which to import comments.
- Click on the Import button.
- Click Save or Save and Exit to save the imported scores. Please note that imported comments for each student score are separated by

, and unmatched records are highlighted as indicated in the screenshot below.
