Overview
This article shows how you can export grade reports as XLS files. These reports include the teacher's name and ID number, a time stamp, and the name of the marking period.
Details about submitted grades include the name of the course, section and course IDs, each student's score, grade, and any other values included in the grade export setup, such as comments, conduct, variable credits, etc.
Step By Step Guide
- Access Grade Export Status > Monitor and Verify.
- Click the Print Report button.
- Choose Download XLS File. When clicking the Create Print Report option, most browsers will allow the file to be saved as a PDF.
Note: Click the Show Students Missing Grades Only button at the top of the print report page to see only students who have not yet received a letter grade. Print this report to aid in investigating any missing grades and resolve these discrepancies quickly and easily.
Confirmation
After a successful export, grade report files can be found at the selected download location.
