An alert triggers when imports fail. This article will explain the reasons behind this alert and how to proceed.
This alert will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the Portal Page when the most recent import is over three days old.
This issue may only be handled by authorized personnel. If this alert is seen in the Dashboard, contact the agent responsible for Sloopy maintenance. If that person cannot resolve the problem on their own, they should contact School Loop for support.
- Imports automatically stop on the last day of school. Please ignore this message if it appears during summer break.
- Some schools interrupt daily imports during the holidays. If this is the case please ignore this alert until the day classes resume.
- For optimal performance, please run your imports on a nightly basis, preferably between 12 and 6 am.
- If the alert persists into the second day back from a holiday, contact the agent responsible for Sloopy maintenance.
Message alert disappears after successfully resuming imports.
