You may encounter the following alert (displayed in the upper right corner of your dashboard):
No data import! Please check why.
This alert appears when the most recent import is more than three days old, which means that the previous daily imports have failed.
This issue may be handled only by authorized personnel. If this alert is displayed in the upper right corner of your dashboard, please contact the agent responsible for the Sloopy maintenance. If that person cannot resolve the problem on their own, they should contact the School Loop Support team.
- Imports automatically stop on the last day of school. Please ignore this message if it appears during the summer break.
- Some schools pause daily imports during the holidays. If this is the case, please ignore this alert until the day classes resume.
- For optimal performance, please run your imports at night (between 12 am and 6 am).
- If the alert is still displayed on the second day after the holidays, contact the agent responsible for the Sloopy maintenance.
