Staff Directory Element allows you to add Staffs for your website. This feature displays the staff’s name with an option to send a mail to their email account.
- Login to your School Loop account.
- Click Site Center under Toolbox.
- Choose Edit.
- Scroll down and look for a plus sign.
- Insert Module window will pop up. Look for Staff Directory from the list and click it.
- All the list of staff will show up here. To add users on the site, just put a check mark beside the name and click Ok.
- If you wish to add more staff in the future, repeat the entire process.
- An example of the outcome on your website should look like this.
- Notice that there’s an envelope icon beside the name, this icon allows users to send an email to the staff.
