Admins and teachers have control over certain user rights or activities, such as logging in, communication, access to their activity log, and the ability to reset their password. This article shares information about options available to admins and teachers on the Account Management page for users.
Admins and teachers can search for users and access their Account Management page for updating information and using the following additional options for that user:
- Auto Login
- Reset and Send Password
- User History
- Account History
- Last Year's Progress Reports
For teacher accounts, a Schedule button displays their current teaching schedule and allows you to move and merge sections between course centers.
This feature allows admins and teachers to log in as the selected user. This is useful for troubleshooting issues that the user may be facing and gives admins or teachers the same control and access as the user.
Reset and Send Password
This option allows admins and teachers to reset the password for users under their domain. On clicking this button, a randomized password is automatically sent to the user's registered email.
This allows admins or teachers to view the log activities of their users. Any automatic system activities set for the user will also be visible here.
This option shares the view of all actions made by the user or things done from other computers.
Last Years Progress Reports
This feature is only available on Teacher's accounts. It shares the view of student's progress reports from the previous year.
Note: Admins cannot change email addresses. Users can change their email addresses, but if the user is not available, please submit a School Loop ticket for support.
