Users not receiving the Daily “Hot News” on their email.
- Make sure that the user is subscribed to receive daily emails.
- Login to School Loop account or Auto Login as a user.
Click Settings on the top right to access Account Info.
- You must have a registered account with a valid email address.
- Check your Spam or Junk mail folders to see if the daily emails are there.
- Whitelist email@example.com.
- For many email clients, this simply involves adding the email address to the Contact list or address book. Follow instructions on how toWhitelist an Email Address in an Email Client.
