Users not receiving the Daily “Hot News” on their email.
- Make sure that the user is subscribed to receive daily emails.
- Log in to the School Loop account or Auto Login as a user.
- Click Settings on the top right to access Account Info.
- You must have a registered account with a valid email address.
- Check your Spam or Junk mail folders to see if the daily emails are there.
- Whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org.
- For many email clients, this simply involves adding the email address to the Contact list or address book. Follow instructions on how to Whitelist an Email Address in an Email Client.
