District Admins may want to prepare their schools for the new year during summer: import new data, create users. New data can be imported into School Loop only once the school sites are rolled and old content is archived. Normally, schools are rolled 7-10 days before the start of the new school year.
You need to be a District Admin to request the schools in your district to be rolled earlier.
If you want the schools in your district to be rolled earlier, submit a support ticket providing the desired rolling date for the schools. Please also include start and end dates of the upcoming school year.
Our agents will elevate your request to the Professional Services team and inform you once the schools are rolled.
After the schools are rolled, you will need to complete New School Year Tasks (update Sloopy, set terms, verify imported data, and register users).
