Admins and principals may need to provide webmaster rights or editor access to School website to users who are not working at school (external webmasters, parents updating websites, PTSA secretaries, etc.)
- You need to have Webmaster rights.
- The user who will edit the site needs to have Associate account created by an Admin; associates as external users do not have access to student information.
- If you want the user to be able to edit the entire school site - provide Webmaster rights to them.
- If you want the user to edit only a section of the school site - provide Editor access to the required minisite.
