When logging in to School Loop, users may encounter the following message:
User Rights Blocked
Your access to this account has been blocked by a school administrator. Please check with a member of the administration for an explanation.
This issue can be resolved only by a School Administrator.
Note: School Loop Support cannot unblock user accounts that were blocked by the school administration.
If you are encountering this issue, ask one of the School Administrators to unblock your account by following the steps below:
- Once logged in to an Admin account, search for the blocked user:
- From the search results, click View Account next to the required user.
- Click Change next to Has Login Rights to unblock the account.
- Click Submit to save the changes.
After completing step 4, you are rerouted to the previous page (Search Results). Click View Account next to the same user. The account is displayed with enabled login rights.
Next, the unblocked user should reset their password and log in to School Loop.
