Overview
Teachers may need to unpublish grades and progress reports when the gradebook needs to be changed (e.g., to use only custom codes instead of grades).
Prerequisites
You have created at least one assignment and published a progress report.
Solution
- Log in to your School Loop account.
- Open the desired gradebook.
- Click Progress Report Publishing.
- On the new page, uncheck all assignments for which you want to unpublished grades.
- Click Publish.
Confirmation
After completing step 5, the unchecked assignments are displayed as unpublished - with a grey X sign above them. If you unpublish all grades for the current term, grades for the previous term will be displayed for students.
