Overview
A teacher or a staff user has published their website but visitors cannot access it. The following error is displayed:

page not published
Diagnosis
This issue happens when the School Site is using SLS2 design, but the teacher hasn't converted their user site and published it with the old design:
Solution
The corresponding teacher or staff member needs to convert their personal site to SLS2 and publish it.
Confirmation
Once the use site is converted and published, open the page on your School Site with the Staff Directory module and click on the name of the corresponding teacher. The updated user site is displayed with the SLS2 design.
